Perfect Settings for Windows 8 Empty Perfect Settings for Windows 8

Hey guys,now i have Windows 8 on my pc and it runs good but cod is running leggy but my ping is better than ever and all the players in game are black (no its not african edition).
Can anyone help me to find the perfect settings for it?

It's your video card.

Update to the latest driver version. If you're using the latest driver version then downgrade to a lower version of the video driver.

acually I have the latest driver version,downgrade was unsuccessfully.
