Fps lag
About week ago my fps went suddenly down to 70-125 fps, normally its 250 in every map except cassino and some others. Havent changed any graphics or anything. I updated my drivers for graphics card but that didnt help either. So, can someone help?
Edit: Accidentally i put this here, it should go to Support section.

Re: Fps lag
Nono, its not about cod settings. You all know when you have "fpslag" in game, but im having it all the time. First i thought its the server or my computer is running something, but its been more than a week now and its still the same. I tried cod2 (it worked 2 days ago) and there my fps was under 100 and little lag all the time so I couldnt even play. Really dont know whats wrong. PC runs normally but the games not.

Re: Fps lag
Maybe not the right Topic FPS Lag / Lag..
but i got the same problem, maybe this is a solution for that lag problem:
Client Side:
1.
COD needs approximately 30% of cpu core. (Tested on Pc's with Double-,Quad-and Six-cores)
So the Problem must be on some Processes that run in the background and consume CPU Power.
On normal way u can't see that. Not with Windows tools for example Task Manager.
It is neccessary that u find all Processes with high CPU load. I'm using Process Lasso to get those Programms.
U can download it here: Process Lasso
It's Shareware but works well!
At my PC sucks Kaspersky with Rootkit search at the Backround with approximately 65%.So i got 95% of CPU Load and lag as hell. Never Displayed by any Programm, but with Process Lasso i can Identify those High Loaders.
So i turned of Rootkit search in the evening and all is fine for me.
I think a 10 Year old Game doesnt have to lag on new pc's.
2.
Check Your Connection! Search for Parasites! I got a 50MBit FibreGlas Connection, but my home server tried to update itself, several times. And some tools like Adobe, Google <- Real parasite!, iTunes only for example doing the same. Checking for Update -> Connection to Server -> is there a new Version? -> Can i Download at the monent?..
And so they Toggle my Bandwith like a Bottleneck. So i got also lag as hell.
Kill those Programs! They dont need Update everyday!
3.
Check your COD Options!
Jackyl explained it as Well!
Server Side (maybe anyone can explain?!):
1.
What System is running? (CPU, Ram, Windows/Linux Server, Programm Load, Location, Connection to the Web)
2.
Which ISP?
Why is the ISP not Responding on several Mails?!
3.
Within COD is running, we can try to kill it's Ram load every hour, so eventually the Problem can be solved.
If there is interest we can gladly talk about it!
