try to launch the game from the folder, not on the shortcut(desktop), so u have to go call of duty folder->click CODUOMP.exe

deleting ur old default_mp.cfg and if it still doesnt work name ur uoconfig_mp.cfg to the default_mp.cfg again
otherwise try invis advice

Hard problems, hard solutions.........try to format the entire hard disk and isntall all again....windows , ancient graphics drivers, and cod UO. Often happens that when you reinstall all, things run properly ! .

If it doesnt work, you can buy an ancient pc for very low cost (maybe 100 euros), and im sure that uo will run in this old pc

It's the video card driver.

Unfortunately you cannot downgrade that driver Bane without some hardcore PC knowledge.
Try asking a local neighborhood friend to do it.

go to control panel->hardware&sound->power options->high performance (this is base to win vista but almost the same as win7) it can increase your fps, otherwise lets find a time, so i can teamview your pc and fix it for you ( i'll try my best though but first install teamviewer)

Lots of french,but i figure it out.
Your processor is really bad,that Intel is only single core cpu...change that as soon you can.
Your graphic is ok,mine is as good as yours...and you have low memory,2gb is to little.
I sugest you to build your own pc configuration,dont buy ready made pc...better to pick and choose which components you want...i dont know in your country,but in mine you can build your own pc for about 600-700€...and thats a good one pc.
