How to install coduo without CD's or CD key?

Hey guys,

I format my drive.
Sadly enough i found out i don't have my cd's anymore of cod. So neither my cd keys...

Can anyone help me?
Should i download it and where do i find a cd key?
Or where can i buy the game again?

So i will have new cd key.
