I think everyone has to show respect on the server.

Some ppl thinking they are very smart and come on the server and start to use harsh words and be disrespectfull even rasist behaviour, without thinking first befor some shit comes out of ppl mouth...
There are a lot of rude people on the server, and if no admin takes any action then ppl will think they can continue with the terrible rude behaviour!

Isnt that one of the ground foundations of Internet for the youth? Creating an alias that can say anything the person doesn't dare say IRL. Being abusive and bullying cuz they don't have to face any consequences. Well I guess some of them are being bullied IRL and this is a way for them to release the pain. Nice ppl impress me but others tend to think they're stupid - and that's really sad!
