Never played but banned anyways

Hey i have never played on this server but whenever i try to join a game it says that i am permanently banned.
Can anyone help me with this !! I created an account in this website in hopes of playing but it still shows that i am banned.
My username in game is ina trooper.

Do you have an original game or are you using a cracked CD key which someone else might have used and got banned here?

yup its cracked.......i got 5 cd keys for UO (if that is of any help)

Someone else used it and did something stupid like wallhacking, aimbotting, insulting, etc.
Just use some other CD KEY.
This one will not get unbanned.
