Nah but i've got no idea tbh. Could maybe look for some torrents who give like a course on dutch?

Hello there :-),

Very long time ago. I have no experience with it, but duolingo gets recommended a lot for learning foreign languages. At first glance the downside is that you can only learn Dutch through English instead of through your native Romanian, but if that isn't an obstacle for you it looks good.
