player/member of the month

heya all

I'm wondering who chooses the player and the member of the month? and when are they chosen? It seems rather fun to me, to have a little competition about that. Like jeebus suggested, we should make it more challenging to become it, and more enjoyable. Like I said, might develop a tag, or a shout out from the console about the player of the month.

I`m curious to know how this works.
