..and u thought u knew all about cod!

has it ever happened to u, after playing cod for the bigger part of ur life, that u stumble upon things "that everybody else always have knowed", but for u it´s like u´ve never seen it before?

i have a couple of these. first. i was convinced that u couldn´t run in cod uo. not even after i saw other people running.. just thought they had better pc´s/connection than me.. ridiculous? yes! but i didn´t run in uo for like the first 1,5 years =)

second one.. lol... played for many years seeing people write v35 a.s.o. in the gamechat. somehow i always thought it had something to do with wich version of the game i (or the targeted person) was running. didn´t even know about the v-commands until a couple of years ago (and that´s why i probably still don´t use it) =)


ofc. there is many more smaller things (like the silenced sten, using leaning/proning/crouching when i play, cooking the nade, different spots in maps etc. etc.) but these two are probably the most stupid ones =) any1 else want to share urs "i´m sooo stupid moments"?

On some kind of maps when it is night I shoot always on the moon because I thought he get bigger:
In GTA San andreas is this when u shoot on the moon he get bigger and bigger , And when u wait on a mountain u will see Bigfoot , and by the lake Lochness monster and in the desert near the army when u doing half hour just waiting a UFO will come and u can drive in it but thats not in Cod Uo

the stupide moment i had was,, when i begun to play cod for the first time, i kept on shooting everyplayers including my teams, en wondered why arent they dying thats because im was shooting my teamm8's , en the second one is i tried to join a server through "start new server" at the menu en since then i was ready to kill everybody, en then i begun to run everywhere en i was killed by a tripwire or sth the one that makes u killed when you try to go out the map e.g on brecourt, en i thought that someone planted a nades on the ground en thats why i got killed everytime:)) but after all that embarassing moments, burger king taught me how to join in a real servers like dh en started to shoot a real enemies.

My bad it's not Carentan... I checked the mission..... remembered it wrong.
Confusing it with other stuff.

idk, they held the public at a distance. It was a war movie thats the only thing I know
