Enforced ban after he was detected hacking on BPUK by PunkBuster

I gave him two weeks to explain himself, since he was not caught cheating on our server.... he ignored me and reinforced his innocence, even after I showed him the PB ban.

He had the same IPs as the ones reported on the PBBans page. It was him.
