Probably quite an obvious one but just thought i'd mention it as it's helped me a lot - Options>Look>Enable smooth mouse
Helps a lot with aiming and cancels out the 'jittery' mouse effect.

Cause it's "Enhance Pointer Precision" on Win7

I do mean on cod, sorry should have been a little more specific

@ green - really? maybe its dependent on the mouse you have but i noticed a significant difference
