New AW SD public server

Since nobody was using the RO server that often, we the glorious DH admins decided it was time to change it to a normal AW SD server.

Here's the config/rules:
-AWE mod
-11 rounds per map
-3 min per round
-all weapons
-2 weapons per player
-no arty
-all weapons have default damage
-no health drop
-no bleeding
-over 30 maps in the rotation
-map voting at the end of the round like in the old RO server

There might be a problem with players having 2 nades right now, but that will get fixed later today after codi speaks with Invi.

We are also working on a system to have custom SD maps on the server, even if there's no download redirect base with it.

If anyone is really interested in spectating and promoting the server let me, Invi or Monster know and we'll consider you for admin on that server. The success of the server is based on dedicated members, and I know we have some real SD gurus around.

therefore can you move SD maps off the main server?if you get that REAL sd server running? as you have seen theres always same guys playing SD maps,"beginners"leave almost every time on the server when it starts and its not good thing now days

it could be that SD is a problem during the mornings/days (i wouldn´t know, i do not play then) but in my humble opinion it´s not a problem in the evenings/nights. i more then often see the amount of players going up when an SD map starts, not the other way around.

maybe keep 1 or 2 SD maps in rotation and if the people want it, i´m sure some admin is gonna change to SD?

main server >> the way I see it again begins with the sd mania.
so nothing making sense of the new sd server if everyone lazy to go in there playing.
It was started to be the main server will not ever again sd but this is not the case

I'm sorry and I know that I am the only one who hates the sd game but really peeve me when I can not play because playing sd

We should start playing on that SD server, so we can make it more active. Because im sure there are enough players who like SD gametype. I dont know, im drunk. Stopped drinking couple of hours ago, as usual. Next weekend i will be sober.

I play there daily... usually vs Flick and some Ukrainians

I did that and I got 20 players in 5 minutes.
But that never happens when there's SD on the main server.

There's a following for a pure SD server. We are doing a crappy job at promoting it.

when I wanna play on the sd server and asking or spamming some ppl on x fire they come to have a game.. But indeed we need to promoting the sd server more!

Im always down to play SD. Not saying i dont like the main server... but after 3 ctf maps in a row something that requires abit more tactics and finness is nice to play, rather than just running around in a bullet and explosion infested map. So if anyone wants a game on SD server and im online gimme a shout, even if im in the main. Il come.
