did he try resetting the CoD settings to default?
maybe he tinkered in the video settings without knowing what he was doing

and if that doesn't work, delete all the cod folders and reinstall

and if that doesn't work
throw computer off the window and ask parents for new one

Reinstall CoD to a new location on the hard-drive.
If it still doesn't work he needs to reinstall the video driver.
If still doesn't work, than the dreaded "Windows Resintall Terror Nightmare Operation" must be activated.

1 try to install new windwos
2 check the the GPU cooler
3 if you have lan out card , change it's port
4 buy new pc

Yeah i got the problem in harbor, boxes haven't textures. I just restarted the game =X

this is a problem with graphic card drivers, you should just try out different versions till you get the normal textures
