Reconfigured the server name and rotation to hold TDM, DM and SD rounds.

nvm. Monster says that we're going to change the ip..so the bas svr will be the ro server.

We were suppose to do this when our current server payment runs out. In September.
This means we paid 2 months of the RO server for nothing. Suspect
